In the process of designing auxiliary beam ship unloader, our company has obtained technical advantages (patents) in the development of full hydraulic screw ship unloader in terms of control. Using advanced finite element method (ANSYS), considering static and dynamic load working conditions, we have designed, checked and optimized the structural rigidity and strength of the equipment.
The specific features are as follows:
1. The working screw machine is driven by motor and reducer and combined with hydraulic drive, and the action is realized by hydraulic oil cylinder and rotary reducer.
2. The vertical and horizontal spiral have auxiliary beams. The structural rigidity is guaranteed by special steel structures such as auxiliary beams. The balance is realized by large counterweight, which can realize the transmission of long working spiral arms.
3. High degree of intelligence, automatic overload alarm, control of feeding, easy to reverse discharging and blocking;
4. It is easy to operate. Through the human-machine interface, it is convenient to master the efficient unloading method, quickly find out the cause of the fault and eliminate it.
5. Unique feed head design, only 20-30cm of residual material is removed
